TokenTable covers the whole lifecycle for investors, founders, and team members: planning, fundraising, fund transfer, claiming, and token management. Unlike other platforms, it puts token and investment management in one workflow, whatever your role or fundraising stage.

Its unique capabilities include:

Sign uses organizational and technical safeguards to protect the integrity and security of the information it collects. Centralized storage is secured with AWS KMS and access controls, such as required MFA for every session and periodic reviews of security and access logs. Decentralized storage is fully encrypted with threshold cryptography, and only the parties involved can access it. The Sign team cannot.

No security measure is perfect or impenetrable, so we cannot and do not guarantee the security of your data. Keep your account credentials secure, and do not share your password or private key with anyone.

Sign collects only the data it needs to provide its services and comply with local laws and regulations. We do not collect tracking information or sell your information to third-party advertisers. We periodically prune the database to remove data marked as inactive. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.

TokenTable works from legal contracts that users upload, and the terms executed onchain depend on what users enter. TokenTable is only an execution layer for legal instruments.

Signatures made with EthSign technology are legally binding in jurisdictions with technology-neutral laws, including the United States, China, Australia, New Zealand, the Cayman Islands, and the British Virgin Islands. If you are outside these jurisdictions, you are responsible for checking whether contracts signed with EthSign technology are legally binding where you are.
