Versionable¶

IVersionable¶

All major TokenTable contracts implement this interface so that upgrades can check version compatibility.

In version 2.7.7, version() returns the release number, the contract name and the EVM version the contract was compiled for, for example 2.7.7-TTUnlocker-cancun or 2.7.3-TTFeeCollector-cancun. Builds without an EVM suffix omit the last part. In npm package 2.7.0 the string was the bare release number (for example 2.7.0), and some contracts reported older numbers.
